Krokbragd Gallery

I’ve launched a photo gallery here on the Flora & Fiber website for posting images of krokbragd weaving. I hope that this will be a location where you can find enjoyment and inspiration.

Currently, several other weavers and I have contributed about 20 projects to the gallery. In addition to the images, there is information about warp and weft yarns, sett, and finished size. If patterns from either of my books inspired the projects, the description includes the book and corresponding page number.

I would love to include YOUR krokbragd projects for others to enjoy. Please send the following to me at debbygreenlaw@usa.com

• Project Name (ex. Scandinavian Sampler)

• Pattern or Inspiration Source if applicable (ex. Krokbragd Patterns, p. 12)

• Warp Yarn & Color (ex. 8/4 cotton, natural)

• Weft Yarn & Color (ex. 6/2 Tuna wool (natural white, denim, canary, light poppy, pastel blue)

• Sett (ex. 10 epi)

• Size (ex. 10” x 14.5”)

• Attach a photo of your project as a JPG or PNG file

I hope the Krokbragd Gallery will become a valuable repository for krokbragd weaving. Please check it out. Submit your krokbragd projects to be included in the gallery. And share a link to the gallery and this post with others who are interested in krokbragd.
