A Potpourri of Krokbragd Resources
How often do we ask ourselves, “Where did the year go?” It’s been some time since my last post. Like many of you, I have good intentions, but life intervenes, and a year can pass by quickly. My year has been no different—some challenges but mostly positive moments. Instead of dwelling on what I didn’t write about in the past year, here’s what I want to share with you today. As the title suggests, this is ‘A Potpourri of Krokbragd Resources.’
Resource 1 - Krokbragd Gallery
Did you know there's a gallery on the website? It features photos of krokbragd projects woven by me, contributors, readers of my books, and participants in my workshops. Not only is browsing it a fun experience, but it might also inspire your own weaving. Check it out here. If you click on a photo, it will open in a larger screen, and then hover over the image to see the details.
If you have a krokbragd project you’d like to contribute to the gallery, please email me a photo with the warp and weft yarns, sett, and any other details you would like to share.
Resource 2 - Reading & Video Resources
Both of my books include bibliographies. However, since publishing the last book in 2021, I have added more krokbragd and related references to my list. I’ve created a two-page PDF with all the resources below, in case you'd like to download or print it.

Rigid Heddle
I teach how to weave krokbragd on a rigid heddle using either a single heddle with pick-up or double heddles. However, I am not an expert in rigid heddle weaving. Here are several helpful resources created by weavers with extensive knowledge of rigid heddle weaving.

Resource 3 - Krokbragd Workshops
Did you know I offer a 3-day online Krokbragd workshop, as well as a 1-hour presentation? If your guild, shop, or group of weaving friends is interested, here are links for more information. Workshop Presentation
Resource 4 - Online Krokbragd Course
In addition to offering 3-day Krokbragd workshops, I also have a Krokbragd course available on the School of Sweet Georgia. You can access the course here.
The School of Sweet Georgia (SOS) is a membership site. As an instructor at the School, I am happy to offer you a 15% discount on either an All-Access Annual Membership or Monthly Membership. This 15% off discount applies as long as you remain an SOS member..
Along with the All-Access Membership, the SOS introduced three specialized memberships for individuals who mainly focus on one craft.
For those interested in krokbragd, I hope this provides some inspiration. Hopefully, my next post will not be a year in the making.
Hugs,
