What does pre-order mean?
Customers can order the eBook and it will be delivered to them on the release date of February 14, 2019.
The initial release is an eBook. Why an eBook?
The primary reason for this choice is that I can roll the book out sooner as an eBook. Another advantage of an eBook is that resources in the Bibliography contain live links.
The eBook is available in Amazon’s Kindle Store. But “I don’t have a Kindle”.
